SHORT RUN
Short runs are garment quantities of 6 to 36. The turn around time is approximately 3 to 7 days on this type of order. The following methods of production are used on short runs.
VINYL FILM (SIZE STANDARD 8” X 10“ OVERSIZE 13” X 13”)
We heat-apply film on cotton or polyester fabric. The art must be in vector format so that we can cut it out by following the paths in the graphic(s). We can print up to 3 colors. This method is great for single shirt orders.
OPAQUE TRANSFER (SIZE 8” X 10”)
We use an opaque transfer on dark shirts with art that has lots of colors, shades and/or halftones. This method is good for photographs or other raster images. The transfer has a white base that the image is digitally printed on. If the image does not cover all areas of the transfer, the white transfer must be trimmed. All negative space in the art will print white.
TRANSPARENT TRANSFER (SIZE 8” X 10”)
A transparent transfer works the same as an opaque transfer except that it does not have a white base. Therefore, the negative space of the image will actually be the shirt color. This transfer can only be used on white or light-colored garments.
